Fact: Calories don’t know what time it is
What is significant is how many calories you eat , not what time you consume them. Some of the best dieters allow a certain amout of their calorie budget for late night meals, as long as you keep inside your set amount of calories per day,  eating at night or any other time of day will not ruin your diet.

Fact: It is all about calories
Snacks are not the problem, calories are. If you take in consume more calories than your body burns in a day you will gain weight, if you eat less than your body burns, you will lose weight, it really is that simple.
